Nanjing Jicang Nanotechnology Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Jicang Nano) is the first enterprise in the graphene industry to formulate graphene standards and a member of the Working Group of the National Graphene Standardization Technical Committee.

Since 2009, Nanjing Jicang Nanotechnology Co., Ltd. has grown from its initial two products (graphene and graphene oxide) to hundreds of products today.

The graphene product system is comprehensive, covering everything from graphene quantum dots to micro-sized, small-sized, standard-sized, large-sized and extra-large-sized graphene.
The CVD graphene film series includes graphene on various substrates such as copper, silicon, and PET.
In August 2012, together with the Suzhou Institute of Nano-Tech and Nano-Bionics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (SINANO), we co-founded Suzhou Graphenefeng Nanotechnology Co., Ltd., focusing on the industrialization of graphene powder. Large-scale production has now been realized. Suzhou Graphenefeng Nanotechnology Co., Ltd. completed its financing in August of the same year, with investors including Suzhou Industrial Park, SINANO, and Suzhou Jinfu Advanced Materials Co., Ltd.

In 2015, Changzhou Jicang Nanomaterial Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Wuxi by an elite R&D team consisting of postdoctoral researchers, doctors and masters. It focuses on the modification and R&D of graphene, carbon nanotubes and other nanomaterials, as well as their industrialization research, and provides systematic solutions for customers.

In 2021, we participated in the compilation of Graphene, a project under the 13th Five-Year National Key Publication Planning Program. In the same year, the Jiangsu Provincial Local Standard DB32/T 4026-2021, Determination of Thermal Diffusivity of Graphene Materials-Laser Flash Method LED by us was officially promulgated.
