Supbio/Ultrabio SARS-CoV-2 (N/ORF1ab) Nucleic Acid Detection Kit is an ultra-sensitive and specific detection kit for SARS-CoV-2 RNA O and N regions using our patented real-time RT-PCR technology which shows significantly improved sensitivity and specificity compared to marketed SARS-CoV-2 Nucleic Acid Detection Kits that are all using standard real-time PCR technology. The kit is a qualitative kit. The kit contains an internal control which detects a human cellular marker for sample preparation and PCR that serves as indication of false negative result.
