Our product covers DY5H, DY7H, DY10S, DY H6 of fixed displacement and DY5V16, DY6V12, DY7V16, DY7SBU16 of variable displacement compressors.
Our monthly production capacity is more than 80, 000 pieces. Meanwhile, there are 48 sets of various kinds of drilling machine; There are 76 sets of NC lathe; There are 11 highly-precision automatic production machining centers introduced from Japan and Korea; 12 lines of different component production and 4 assembly lines.
Furthermore, we have variety kinds of testing equipment. Such as Metallography Analyser, Three-dimension Measuring Apparatus, Spectrometer Instrument, Roughness Instrument, Endurance Test-bed, Performance and Life Test-bed, Noise Test, helium leakage detector, and etc. From the beginning of purchasing raw material until the complete test of finish product which are all under-controlled one by one strictly. All of these ensure each compressor's quality.
Our marketing network is not only spread all over China, but also worldwide to more than 50 countries and areas, etc. Meanwhile, it's keeping growth in excellent situation at all times.
