Deviation correction control system working principle:
ARSENE automatic deviation correction system uses the sensor to detect the edge position of the coil, and sends the measured position error signal to the controller. After judging and processing by the control unit, the drive motor is controlled to correct the coil with the deviation position.
The ARSENE correction system offers several different detection methods: edge detection, line tracking or alignment. The drive system is driven by servo motor, and the drive stroke is strictly proportional to the coil offset. The system can also be used with different sensors to meet the needs of different coils, such as infrared photoelectric sensors, ultrasonic sensors, CCD sensors, etc.

Why use a deviation correction control system:
In the process of processing, the coil needs to be uncoiling, spraying, printing, punching, laminating, slitter, winding or other coil winding operations. In this series of operations, often due to the coil itself or equipment deviation and other reasons, resulting in coil deviation. The deviation correction control system can greatly reduce the occurrence of such cases.
