Anshan Railroading Service Equipment & Materials Plant (hereinafter refered as ARSEM) is the largest manufacturer and exporter of rail fasteners and accessaries nationally, located at Anshan-the largest iron and steel manufacture basis in China, its has been established in the business of rail fasteners since 1936. At the end of 1999, 0.54 million metric ton of rail fasteners and accessaries have been provided to China Railways, 22 thousand metric ton of rail fasteners and accessaries which is conform to many national standards, have been sold to over ten countries and regions around world by ARSEM. The present annual capacity is over 30,000 metric tons, ARSEM covers an area of 74,000 square metres, possesses the fixed assets valued RMB 68,800,000 and 697 sets of production, quality inspection equipment. ARSEM has a staff team amount to 940, including 70 technical personnel. The quality system is in conformity with ISO9002, accredited by Shenzhen Quality Cetification Centre.<BR>

ARSEM抯 product range includes track spike, screw spike, track bolt & nut for rail joint (fish bolt & nut), joint bar (fish plate), flat washer, spring washer, typeⅠand Ⅱ elastic rail clip,guage holding plate (rail press plate), type Ⅲ elastic rail clip and special shoulder, plastic insulator, pre-cast plastic insert for screw spike, tie plate (base plate) and other permanent way materials. ARSEM also provides qunched rail, which have a single length not more than 25 metre, and rolls many types steel.<BR>

Taking advantage of reforming and opening policy of China in recent twenty years, ARSEM continuously researches and develops new rail fasteners and accessaries to respond improving of railway transportation, developing of mass transit and metro.
