Beijing Haolifa Group established complete and advanced production bases both in Beijing and Shanxi. There are totally 3 valve assembly factories in Beijing Production Base, which contributes to an annual output of 400, 000 valves; While in Shanxi Production Base, annual output has been expanded to 600, 000 valves and 50, 000 tons of castings by a strong combination of 1 general valve assembly plant, 2 foundry plants, 1 rubber sealing factory and 1 machine test and processing factory. Shanxi Production Base brings in numbers of large-scale equipments, which includes 1 Japanese Sinto foundry production line, 1 resin sand production line, 2 sets of 15tons electric furnaces, 1 set of 6 tons electric furnace, 6 sets of 1 ton electric furnace, as well as hundreds of other processing and production equipments. We can also provide outside subcontracting service and precision testing service for all kinds of valves and machine spare parts.
