We are mainly engaging in production and sales of oil and gas drilling and extracting equipment and tools; Our products mainly include Tubing, Casing, Coupling, Pup joints; Drill pipe, Heavy weight drill pipe, Kelly, Drill collar; Drill bit; Sucker rod and Coupling, Oil pump; Well cementing Tools including Float collar, Float shoe, Centralizer and other parts.

International advanced manufacture facilities and production technology was adopted in our factory. We hold four set of tubing and casing production lines; Two friction welding lines with two sets of inertia friction welding machines made by MTI; One advanced pipe-end upset line; One pipe heat treatment line; Two drill collar and drill bit production line; Four set of sucker rod production lines and two set of oil pump production lines; Also one set of well cementing tools production lines. The annual output of tubing and casing(including extreme-line tubing/casing, premium connection tubing/casing), coupling and pup joints are about 150, 000 MT; Various kinds of drill pipes reach 80, 000 MT; Drill collar reaches 10, 000 pieces and drill collar reaches 20, 000 pieces; Sucker rod and parts are about 100, 000meters, oil pumps reach 30, 000 pieces and various oil well cementing tools reach more than 50, 000 pieces.

Process flow is strictly controlled in accordance with the requirement of API Q1 quality management system. We establish a set of control system which includes raw material inspection control, production process flow control, products parameter control, semi-finished and finished products transfer control. We have equipped with the most advanced automatic ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, and magnetic flux leakage testing equipment. Our physical chemistry laboratory has the most complete sets of physical and chemical quality testing equipment, including tensile testing machine, hardness testing machine, impact testing machine, and imported metallographic analysis inspection machine for chemical composition.
