Company history:

• In 2007, Shanghai Tuosheng was founded in Pudong Shanghai;

• In 2013, Anhui tuosheng was found in Guangde Anhui;

• In August 2014, the entire production lines have been moved to Guangde Anhui;

• In August 2014, Shanghai Tuosheng moved to Qingpu Shanghai.

We specializes in the development, manufacture, sales of rubber dampening parts of vehicle and other rubber products.

Now our company has become the main supplier of Shanghai Volkswagen, Shanghai GM, SAIC motor etc. And we also supply various rubber products to some subordinateenterprise of SAIC. Furthermore we have exported some products to Europe, America, Japan, India and other foreign countries.

Our company possesses the word-class production and testing equipments. Form raw material purchasing to the product shipment, we have formulated careful operation rules and quality management system, according to requirement of TS16949: 2009.

Our company has get the priority in fierce competition. In term of R&D we have been accepted by OEMs, which won a wide range of praisefor us.

Adheringto the "people-oriented, steadydevelopment" business philosophy, setting up a "excelsior, continuous improvement, science management, customer satisfaction" system, we'll try hard to build the company into internationally competitive conglomerate.

This is our company's layout, workshop A and workshop B. There's mainly three parts of workshop A: Metal pretreatment of green box, vulcanizing and trimming workshop. And rubber mixing, inspection, packing area and storage in workshop B.

Now it shows our key customers: 38% is SAIC motor, 22% is Shanghai GM, 18% is Volkswagen and 12% is consumer electronic and others.

Our research & development capacity: The key software is auto CAD, Unigraphics NX

PRO/E CATIA, and using ABAQUS & Hypermesh to analyse the products performance and structure. Now we can analysis bushing and ordinary engine mount, also the technicians can calculate the properties.

Our Key technical staff have ten years experience who also experienced in the same industrial products' R&D.

We have some experience and ability to development new parts with OEM. For example: The control arm bushing and rear axle bushing for SAIC Motor is AP11 and ZP1, for SGM is S308.

Strive to develop to be the Shanghai New high technology corporation. We will cooperate with the science research institutes, established provincial research and development center.

Annual output of 2015 is 190 million; Forecast of 2016 is 250 million.

In 2 years, we will establish the refined rubber center and automatic small medicine weighing system.
