Hangxiao Steel Structure Co. Ltd. (shorted for "HXSS") was set up in 1985. With 30 years of efforts, it has developed and become the first steel structure listed company at home (stock code: 600477), and is on the list of the first steel structure designated enterprises of the Department of Housing and Construction, the state torch plan key high-tech enterprises and the national housing industry base.

At present, HXSS has 13 wholly owned or holding subsidiaries.

Hangxiao Steel Structure (Anhui) Co., Ltd (shorted for AH-HXSS) was built on May 19, 1999, located in Wuhu economy & development zone. AH-HXSS is a sino-foreign joint venture, built by HXSS and Singapore developer. The company covers an area of 66, 000 square meters, which production workshop building area is 42, 000 square meters. The company registration capital is 2.108 million dollars. As of 2008, the total assets of AH-HXSS are 58.52 million dollars.

AH-HXSS' product systems are mainly as follows: Plant steel structure system, multi (ultra)-high-rise steel structure system, large-span space structure system such as pipes and truss, the steel structure housing system, special steel structure system, new building materials system.

AH-HXSS has steel structure construction class A certificate. For the sake of extensive and in-depth study on steel structure, developing the unique technological system and making the technology more advanced, the company established the physical and chemical testing center, which has gotten the certificate of China metrology accreditation (CMA).

AH-HXSS have six advanced production lines, equipped with CO2 gas shielded welding machine, argon arc welding machine, high frequency welding machine, CNC 3D stud type drilling machine, CNC metal pressure plate forming machine, CNC bending machine and other machines. AH-HXSS's production capacity are 60, 000 tons per year for steel structure member and millions square meters per year for enclosure.

AH-HXSS has about380 employees, of which 3 professors, 96 senior technical staffs, 31 registered construction engineer.

In order to meet the needs of the market, AH-HXSS started to develop the overseas market in 2006. AH-HXSS has the independent rights for import and export, foreign contracted project management qualification certificate issued by the ministry of commerce of China, American AWS welder certificate, The German international welding qualification certificate for part workers, and AISC certification.

Since AH-HXSS being put into production, the projects involve in light steel structure system and multi-high-rise steel structure system, and the industry involve in automotive, electronic, pharmaceutical, machinery, logistics, stadiums, theatres and other industries. Some typical projects are as follows: Aviation railway center in Frankfurt, international airport in Doha, the Mexican cement production line of South Korea's posco, cement production line in Pakistan, K-006 petrochemical machinery of YANPET, Philippines subic shipyard's steel structure.
