KEPT INDUSTRY CO., Ltd with Intelliware as the registered trademark, is a leading supplier of architectural hardware in international market. We focus on handles, locks, cylinders, keys, hinges and other accessories in doors and windows. In the last 23 years we have seized large amounts of market share around the world, developing our clients in Europe, America, Middle East, Asia, etc. Today we have 4 strategic cooperative factories and above 250 long-cooperation partner factories. Around 500 staffs, in total, are hired in our 4 factories. Intelliware is previously a state-owned company named China Wuxi Hardware and Tools Group Company since 1988, with 2 lock factories, 2 hardware factories and 3 hand tool factories. In 2008, the company was partly sold to Kewen, Patrick and Tim and is renamed as KEPT INDUSTRY with Intelliware as the registered trademark.

To expand our business globally, Intelliware got engaged in e-commerce, making e-business as our core marketing strategy in 2013. Meanwhile, we realized that customized door lock is more popular among international e-market customers than others, thus, it becomes our main product, and ODM/OEM becomes our business model. In 2015 Intelliware founded Wuxi United Chamber of Cross-Border E-commerce, an organization composed of companies and manufacturers who focus on international trade in Wuxi. With the help of Intelliware, more than 100 member groups start their e-commerce marketing or enhance their e-business ability. In 2017 we rented our partner's warehouse(near Colonge, Germany), where mainly supply various stainless steel door handles. Thus we reach fast delivery for customer around European countries.
