DEALING WITH SUPPLIERS

1. Bring to wholesale markets and provide transport to factories

2. Translate and help with Negotiations between suppliers

3. Write down Order/Contract with supplier

4. Take photos of samples when placing orders

5. Provide translated specific information to suppliers for product requirements

6. Arrange packaging and barcodes to be passed on to the suppliers

7. Sample collection & Confirm all orders on an EXCEL spreadsheet with Photos

QUALITY CONTROL;

1. Go to the factory and check the quality of the products ordered

2. Check that the goods are not faulty or damaged in any way

3. Check the function of the bag and make sure that when it is opened nothing gets damaged due to poor manufacturing process

4. Check Handles for faults

5. Check to make sure that no inferior components or accessories have been used. (Make sure there are no scratches, no dents, no tears, no burns, no dirty marks or no writing on any of parts of the product)

6. Make sure that the goods are packaged correctly with our labeling and also packaged properly for transport

7. Confirm quality with several randomly selected samples of each color and design

8. Take clear photos and send via email to your company (one of each color and design).

PROBLEM SOLVING

If there is any problems, we will need to communicate and negotiate with suppliers to fix problems or change the design or cancel the item depending on the situation.

We are booking tickets and hotels, airport picking up or dropping off, guidance for food, shopping, tourism, etc. We removed the barrier of communication for our clients in China.

SHIPPING ARRANGE

1. Container Stuffing in our warehouse or factories

2. Arrange for all completed goods/ container to be sent to the port

3. Our company will consolidate all goods and provide all Export

EXPORT AGENT SERVICE CHARGES

Our export agent service charges including (Product sourcing, Loading, Quality checking, Price negotiation, Documentation) will be 3% on total invoiced amount.

We will collect the entire PI from the suppliers, within one week; We will prepare the entire factory PI under our company letterhead and send to you for checking. You have to sign and stamp for each confirmed PI and send to us. Then you have to send the T/T deposit 30% for the entire confirmed PI, in the same time, we will make the purchase order for and sign a formal Chinese with all the suppliers.

In under T/T payment term, all the banking charges you need to afford by yourself, then the FOB local charges (trucking fee, custom clearance, THC, DOC etc) will charge you according to actual cost, and the ocean freight will quote you with our best rate.

For other charges arise during export, we will charge as actual cost, like local charges, Handling charges, Shipping charges, T/T banking charges, Submarine insurance etc.
