We are equipped with advanced production equipments ranging from 500MT, 880MT, to 2100MT extrusion press machines. Our annual production exceeds 18000 metric tons. We are an integrated manufacturer of Aluminum products specializing in the standard profiles as well as curtain, architectual, industrial extrusions and casting products.
Our operating autonomy includes: Billet casting, die design and manufacturing, aluminum extrusion, finishing (anodazing in silver, bronze, champangne, black and gold colors), lacquering, powder coating, liquid coating, fluorocarbon spraying in different colors, thermal improvement, fabrication, assembly and packaging. All of this processes are done on-site. We also have complete production line for producing aluminum door-window and accessories.
In order to achieve our products of the strictest international standard, we operate the company and the plant from buying raw material, taking purchase order, production, inspection, packaging, to delivering the goods are all under the ISO90001: 2000 standard. Our inspection is carried out at every stage of the manufacturing process from the beginning to the end.
We have our own lab equipped with state of the art instruments for quality testing and inspection to ensure our quality meets worldwide clients specifications and requirments. We issue full mill certificates for overseas clients. Above all, we are dedicated to meeting and exceeding our clients expectation couple with total satisfaction.
