Especially, a leading dryer supplier-Niro A/S, Denmark supplies one special designed spray drying plant system with fluid bed dryer for silica projects, which fill the gap of China's market. Additionally, one new production line with output of 50, 000 tons/year of high dispersible nubby silica is being arranged currently. Our production of precipitated silica begins with the reaction of a solution of sodium silicate with mineral acid, after filtration washing and drying, then classification and packing.
