November 1, 1987, the first aluminum extrusion factory was established.

Dec 18, 2000, three companies jointly provided the funds, established the B. A Aluminium (Group) Co., Ltd. Through 20 year's construction and development, BAAlum has become the comprehensive super large size aluminium fabrication enterprise for its largest production scale, most advanced equipment, most full ranged product varieties in China, and also the material guarantee base for our national aviation and aerospace, the manufacturing base for high, precise, sophisticated aluminium sheets, strips and foils, the exporting base of fabricated aluminium products in China.

BAAlum gathers together the most advanced technical equipment in China's aluminium fabrication industry, which equipped with a largest Die Forging Press of 30, 000t and horizontal Extrusion Press of 12500t in China, the widest 2-stands 2800mm Hot Rolling Mills & 2800mm Cold Rolling Mill in China, the state-of-the-arts 1850mm high speed cold Rolling Mills, 1700mm Foil Mills, 500-3600t Extrusion Press, 1600mm color Coating Line, as well as the facilities such as architectural profiles & surface anodizing treatment production lines.

BAAlum is taking aim both to the domestic market and the advanced international aluminium processing technology, giving full play to the enterprise's core competitive power, BAAlum has oriented its target market scientifically, and expanded application field of aluminium products constantly, so that, 6 series of leading products used in the field of aviation and aerospace, communication and transportation, packaging, electronics and electric home appliance, printing, architecture and decoration have been formed.

Upon the distinctive trademark & brand strategy and well-planned market promotion, BAAlum has established a most efficient marketing network, and carried out "overall operation considering all factors" policy which combines both of products operation and assets operation, the volume of production output and sales as well as the export revenue ranked first in the same industry domestically in China for years. By the end of 2006, BAAlum has supplied over 2 million tons of various kinds of aluminium products for all trades and fields, and exported fabricated aluminium up to 50, 000 tons.

BAAlum hold a state-certified R&D institution --- Technical Center, which consisted of a committee of experts, a research institute of aluminium alloy processing, eight professional laboratories, an Al-Li alloy researching production line, it is engaged in scientific research & development of new products, new techniques at three levels of short period, medium and long-term.

We have abundant human resources, there are 17 specialists enjoying the state government allowance, and 205 professional technical personnel, among whom 9% are granted senior-level technical title, 45% are granted medium-level technical title.
