We are mainly specialized in plastic tooling for automotive lighting/interirors/exteriors/appliance/medical and other industries. With 90 sets mould manufacturing facility and 180 engineers, we make about 400 moulds annually. Certificated with IATF16949/ISO13485, we also make plastic injection moulding (production) in our 70 sets injection machines from 90T to 1600T.

Project Dept: We have 12 project managers and engineers with average 8 years tooling experience. They have rich experience in design and manufacturing automotive and lighting moulds Fluent English communication for technical details and efficient services.

Design Dept: 22 designers with 10 years average working experience. SE Team with 5 experienced designers, participate in product design to provide optimized suggestions to customers. 500-600 successful cases. 5 designers make Moldflow analysis, 3 has Bronze Medal. Software: UG, Auto CAD, Moldflow, Catia.

QC Dept: 12 engineers to deal with IQC, IPQC, OQC for both moulds and parts.
