Zonpoo strictly undergoes quality control from material selection, gear machining and grinding, heat treatment, assembly, test run, till painting and packing. Gears are ground to hit precision grade 6. The biggest grinding machine is able to grind workpiece up to 6 meters in diameter. Each gear are carburized and tempered to hit hardness 58-62 HRC.
There are diversified series of gearbox and geared motors available with Zonpoo. Besides standard gearbox and geared motor, Zonpoo also tailors special design satisfy special needs according to specific application conditions.
