ADVohm was established in Taipei of Taiwan in 1982, in line with producing various kinds of resistors. In 1990, it set up ADV Electronic Co., Ltd in ShanTou, GuangDong, which is solely invested by Taiwanese company. It introduces in and installs the most advanced equipment from Taiwan, while expanding the capacity and updating them. Its products are mass-processed with 100 percents of the Taiwaness raw materials and re-exported to Taiwan, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Latin America and etc. The quality is at the same level as produced in the chief company, meeting the customers duplex demand of high quality and fast delivery.

The factory in ShanTou was mainly serving for the international market, but the ratio of its domestic sales is lifted by the increasing domestic demand these years. The last coating and packing process is equipped with the short-time over-loader, and the first and end resistance deviation inspectors. They can repeat the resistance tests before and after the coating and packing process, promising the power and resistance of all products are meet the specifications. The factory has a quality control department under the direct administration of General Manager office. Below the quality control department there are incoming inspection, process inspection, finished product inspection and shipment inspection departments. These departments are armed with all kinds of equipments in the field, and other kinds of self-invented tools. The finished product inspection group make the 100 percents inspection of the products appearance.
