KunShan KYTT is a truck components designing and manufacturing company located in KunShan, one of the most dynamic industrial areas in China. We have 7500 square meter factory with the latest technology, a R&D Department and qualified staff to supply a wide range of high quality products to customers in PRC and abroad according to international standards such as: Hinges, rollers, rubber bumpers, loading system and bars, curtain tension systems, buckle and accessories, parts of pillars, door holders, waterproof door profiles, handles, locks, mudguard supports, side protectors, ladders, chassis fasteners, tension strips, rattles, ringsand plastic parts for automotive industry such as rear view mirrors, headlamps and grills and so on.

KunShan KYTT is a flexible and modern company with 70 employees in production, 3 engineers, 5 in logistics and 12 office staff, of which 3 work in the Export Department and 2 R&D engineers

Our commercial Department has a constant and clear communication with our customers to maximize their time and transmits their needs to the Production, R&B Departments and Warehouse in order to guarantee a high service rate and a quick and reliable delivery to our customers. Our Export Department has English speaking staff to make relations between both sides more efficient.

We have modern infrastructures, an organized Warehouse with standard three storey shelves with more than 300 references in permanent stock and an open top container loading system in order to improve efficiency. The stock level in the warehouse is tightly monitored by our sophisticated ERP computer system, all the movements including incoming of raw material, outsourcing for surface treatment and loading of containers are also controlled and calculated by the ERP system in order to ensure the accuracy of the date and maximize the efficiency.

Our development has driven us to exceeded our boundary of the PRC, and we currently cover all the continents around the world such as: Japan, Korea, Canada, The United States, Brazil, Columbia, UK, France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Spain, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Australia, etc.

Our R&D Department continuously tests and investigates the application of new products and materials to keep our company in the international forefront of progress. In KunShan KYTT quality is a standard, and all the production is controlled accordingly in order to meet customer's requirements. We have specialized personal following the whole process from the purchase of the raw material, production, outsourcing and deliver of the finished products. Our Quality Control department is equipped with various kinds of measuring devices including projector, zinc plate thickness detector, digital calibrators, etc.
