Since 2002, the company has been dedicated to the research of cellulose acetate tow. The relevant project has been listed as the National "Torch Plan" and the "High-tech Industrialization Demonstration Project" in Hubei Province. Relying on its own scientific research capabilities and collaborating with domestic universities and research institutions, in 2004, the company built the first domestic production line of "special cellulose acetate tow" relying on domestic technology and equipment. It is the earliest non-state-owned manufacturer of cellulose acetate tow in China.

The company is equipped with 5 advanced tow production lines, with an annual production capacity of 30, 000 tons. It has been focusing on the research, development, and manufacturing of high-performance fibers and cellulose acetate filament in specific segments for 21 years.
