Tuobikai Co., Ltd. is located in Ningbo, China, a well-known plastic mold city, favoring a nice geography with fast logistics and convenient transportation system. Established in 2006, our company now has three industry, they are plastic injection products industry, LED lightings industry and mold design& manufacture industry. Covering an area of 62000 sq meters, we have about 360 employees, with 25 senior technical staffs, and own import and export license. We have obtained a complete production management process, powerful technical force, high precision machining equipments and huge production and warehousing capacity are our main characters.

Plastic injection industry

Plastic injection industry is specialized in manufacturing plastic products such as daily life parts, Halloween products, mobile shells and power Shells, we own 60sets plastic injection equipments of which injection weight ranges from 80g to4000g, with 6 assembly lines.

LED lighting industry

LED lighting industry is specialized in designing and producing high technological electron products and lighting products such as LED spot light, LED light cup, LED sensor light, LED cannon ball lamp, small night lamp, transfer socket, terminal block, LED beacon light and so on.

Mold design and manufacture industry

Mold design and manufacture industry is specialized in making AL, Zn, Mg alloy casting molds, we can supply a whole set service to customers from mold design, manufacture to machining. Except this, we also have production equipments such as 8 sets high precision CNC machining center, 1 set large die spotting machine, 10 sets EDM wire-cutting machines, 14 set medium and fast CNC wire cutting machines, 6 sets engraving and milling machines and so on. Our products not only sold to local market but also exported to overseas such as Japan, Korea, Europe and United States.
