Thin-walled molds are primarily made from materials such as S136 and 2344. If higher mold quality is desired, German-imported 2344 steel can be used. Baolin Mold relies on professional manufacturing techniques and mature vacuum heat treatment equipment, which not only significantly extends the lifespan of the mold but also enhances the surface gloss of the injection-molded products while effectively preventing the formation of burrs/flaps.
