A Brief Introduction of Bazhou Jinghua Metal Products Co., Ltd.

Bazhou Jinghua Metal Products Co., Ltd. is located in the City of Bazhou in Hebei Province, which is situated in the central region of Beijing, Tianjin and Xiong'an New Area, covering a total area of 900, 000 square meters. She is a new-type private enterprise and a diversified group company with huge vigour in the extreme and has a bright prospect in the future. She also gathers research and development, production and trade in one enterprise.

As the foundation of the development of the company, Bazhou Jinghua Metal Products Co., Ltd. Has built and possessed continuous rolling mills of 450mm, 480mm, 500mm, 550mm, 650mm, 850mm, with 10 hot-dipped galvanized steel strip production lines, which can produce cold rolled steel strips and hot-dipped galvanized steel strips. Besides, we have cold rolling mills of 1450 mm, 1150 mm, 1100 mm, with 3 aluminum-zinc-plate production lines, 5 colour coated steel plate production lines, which can produce aluminum-zinc-plated steel plate and colour coated steel plate. The total annual output is 2.3 million metric tons.

In April, 2015, the company exclusively invested in the construction of Hebei Zhaojian Metal Products Co., Ltd. In the initial stage of the construction, the company persisted in advocating the idea of green and environmental protection production, we introduced a set of international advanced environmental protection equipment - 1420 Pickling Line Tandem and Cold Rolling Mill (PL-TCM), which is all-inclusive advanced technologies of German and Japanese, fully computerized automation operation, energy saving and environmental protection, with an annual output of 2.2 million metric tons of high-precision cold rolled steel sheet. We have 4 thick plate galvanization production lines and high-end continuous hot-DIP aluminum zinc plate units, with an annual yield of 1.2 million tons of hot-dipped galvanized steel plate.

We have 4 high-end automatic production lines of colour coated steel plate. The full-automation control of production process ensures the artistic appearance and excellent anti-corrosion performance of colour coated steel plates. The annual production capacity is 200, 000 metric tons of high-end colour coated steel plates of fluorocarbon, silicon modified and high weather-resistant, and hospital anti-bacterial, animal husbandry, purification board, self-cleaning, anti-static and other functional colour coated steel plates. The total annual output of color coated steel plates is 1.2 million tons.

The products has been widely used in the construction of large-scale warehouse, industrial workshop and building, exhibition hall, airport, high-speed railway station, power plant, livestock farm, medicine, food, grain and oil industry, etc. The products has been sold well all over the country in more than 30 provincial administrative regions and has been exported in to more than 40 countries and regions in batches, such as the United States, Italy, Australia, Russia, Turkey, Peru, Greece, Thailand, South Korea and the Philippines and many countries and regions, formed a stable sales network.
