Linyi Ruisen Wood Co., Ltd. Was founded on December 12, 2014, with its location in the Industrial Park of Zhongxijiang Village, Fangcheng Town, Lanshan District, Linyi City, Shandong Province. At the beginning, the company mainly produced and sold plywood, multi-layer boards, furniture boards, packaging boards and other wood-based panels.

On July 4, 2017, the company adjusted its business scope. On March 24, 2022, its registered capital was increased from 3 million RMB to 10 million RMB, marking a steady expansion of its operating scale.

Over years of development, the company has transformed from a basic panel manufacturer into a technology-driven enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales.

2. Operating Performance

The company has been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise (2023), Provincial Innovative Small and Medium Enterprise (2023), and Provincial Specialized, Sophisticated, Unique and New Small and Medium Enterprise (2024). It has maintained A Grade A taxpayer credit rating for consecutive years.

Relying on advanced production equipment including rotary cutting lines, heat-conducting oil dryers, sanding machines and cold presses, the company ensures stable and high-quality production. Its products feature strong bonding strength, high density, stable moisture content (below 12%), high flatness and low warping.

The company owns a number of utility model patents, such as board conveying equipment for plywood production and low-formaldehyde plywood extrusion molding device. Its sales network covers the whole country and exports to South Korea, Japan, Europe, the United States, the Middle East, Africa and other regions.
