Yantai Hongyuan Precision Die-Casting Co., Ltd. Was founded in 2003, the company covers an area of 20, 000 square meters, located in the beautiful and rich Jiaodong Peninsula, between Qingdao, Yantai and Weihai. The company is mainly engaged in zinc alloy and aluminum alloy die casting. Equipped with 160T, 180T, 200T, 280T, 400T, 550T, 950T and 1300T die-casting machines and zinc alloy hot die casting machine, crawler-type and suspended shot blasting machines, drilling and tapping machines, multi-spindle tools, spectrograph and other kinds of equipments, as well as an electrostatic spraying production line etc. We can process all kinds of aluminum alloy and zinc alloy die castings for customers.
In order to ensure product quality, high paid die-casting engineers with rich experience are employed, training a group of professional equipment operators. Input and use of natural gas continuous melting furnace to ensure the standardization of product composition.
In addition, a new plastic-wood project was started in March 2012, namely 100% pure HDPE subjected to high-pressure extrusion molding is non-toxic, tasteless and eco-friendly, and has various specifications and shapes. The products mainly include park benches, guardrails, flower boxes, and garbage bin plastic-wood strips.
