Our factory is equipped with dozens of servo-driven, energy-saving high-precision injection molding machines, with clamping forces ranging from 90 tons to 300 tons, making them ideally suited for producing small-to-medium-sized, intricately designed plastic parts. We process plastic part weights from 1g to 1000g, with extensive mass production experience in precision electronic components, functional plastic assemblies, and consumer goods accessories. Supported by automated robotic handling, the factory maintains a stable monthly throughput capacity of dozens of tons of plastic resin, enabling us to flexibly accommodate both batch orders and fast repeat runs.
