Zhuoqiu Transmission - UTM is a national high-tech enterprise and a technology transfer center of Zhejiang University. It holds more than 40 patent certificates, and a number of its invention patents have reached the domestic leading and world advanced technological levels. Striving for technological breakthroughs, it inherits German production technology and combines the design concepts of Europe and Japan. It has specially established an independent research and development center, and introduced advanced manufacturing equipment and high-precision testing equipment from both home and abroad. The ball screws developed and produced by the company reach the international standard C5-C7 accuracy levels specified in GB/T17587-1998 and ISO3408-1992. The ball nuts are processed on high-precision internal thread grinding centers, and the outer circle installation surface of the nut, the ball groove, and the entrance and exit of the steel balls are ground simultaneously in three processes. The linear guides and sliders are processed on high-precision compound grinding machines, and the products reach the P-level precision of the ISO45001 international standard. The coaxial accuracy and smoothness of the products are consistent. The manufacturing process is carried out in strict accordance with the national ISO9001 standard to ensure product quality, so as to achieve a win-win situation between UTM and its users.
