Shandong Pengzhou Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. is located in Hetou Industrial Project Area, Yingqiu Town, Changle County, Weifang City, Shandong Province. Since its establishment in 1989, the company has been committed to providing green, environmentally friendly and renewable polymer materials and product solutions to the whole society. At present, it has developed four business areas: Polymer modified materials, drainage engineering pipes and fittings, power pipes and fittings and large plastic fittings injection processing.

Business scope: The company has a wide range of products, which can provide customers with plastic products needed in municipal drainage engineering, power transmission engineering, automobile household appliances manufacturing and other fields. The main products are large-scale plastic inspection wells, large-diameter HDPE double-wall corrugated pipes/steel belt reinforced spiral corrugated pipes/hollow wall winding pipes, MPP power protection pipes /MPP power corrugated pipes, and modified polymer materials for automobiles/household appliances/pipes.

Production scale: At present, it covers an area of 300, 000 square meters, with a production workshop of more than 100, 000 square meters. It has more than 200 sets of production lines for plastic recycling, sorting, modified granulation, injection molding, extrusion molding and blow molding, including more than 20 ultra-large injection equipment with a capacity of over 1, 000 tons and more than 30 pipe production lines, with an annual production capacity of 150, 000 tons of modified polymer materials and 300, 000 tons of various plastic products.

The 4000-ton injection molding machine with clamping force owned by the company is one of the largest injection equipment in China, which can process plastic products with a single piece of less than 80kg, and can fully meet the processing needs of customers' large plastic products.
