It has advanced production facility imported from German TRUIZSCHER company and SCHLATHORST company (AUTO CONERS/D). The whole craft process is full-automatic, full-automatic doffing and full two-for-one twisting. In the lab, there are perfect checking equipment and CLASSIMATS from USTER company to make sure quality and supply accuracy data to clients.

Raw Material, sewing thread Packing and cones:

Our raw material is totally Yizheng spun polyester, and we only use it to guarantee the product quality from the beginning. We usually use PP bag or cartons. And the cones are plastic dying cone. The cone style is more than ten, so the customer can elect it according to needs.

Our sewing thread can be used for garments, jeans, shirts and all kinds of fabrics. It can meet kinds of need.
