MP Industries Ltd. Founded in 1993, currently, we have 8 staff from Hong Kong and China office. Our head office is located in Hong Kong (accounting and documentation). The subsidiary office in Shenzhen China (sourcing, follow-up work, inspections) an hour's journey from Hong Kong.

Over 25 years of export service experience, we have become a professional and reliable purchase agent for overseas customer to help them in purchasing different products and components from China and other SE Asia countries.

Scope of Services 1

Sourcing eligible suppliers, and providing factory auditing.

Arranging efficient and flexible factory visiting plans for customers.

Assisting to obtain detailed quotation and develop samples.

Negotiating with suppliers to get best price, delivery date and payment terms, also getting artworks done for packaging's, user manuals, etc.

Quality Assurance-Arranging shipments, preparing shipping documents and presenting them to the bank for LC negotiation.

Scope of Service 2

Customer Care:

Improving the communication between customers and suppliers to make sure that all customer's requirements are met and be supplied on time.

Helping to settle any conflicts and disputes between customers and suppliers. (Legal and quality issues and compensation etc. )

Challenges and Recommendations

To negotiate best prices from various existing companies that we have placed order with, as well as to the new suppliers.

Order placement have to be advance 2 months ahead to avoid delay in quotation and delivery, in particular during the Chinese long holidays.
