Currently, our investment casting foundry covers an area of 40, 000 square meters. There are more than 200 workers in the foundry, 50 operators in the machining workshop, 10 engineers, 20 QC people. Our company is a large-scale professional investment casting foundry with powerful machining capabilities in China. It consists of 2 major facilities, both steel casting foundry and CNC machining factory which enable us to supply precision casting parts with annual capacity of over 1, 500 tons, and the products are mainly exported to Canada, United States, Australia, Germany, UK, Japan etc.

She has excellent technology research and development team relies on strong R&D abilities. The company is good at producing various complex and difficult precision castings products and take the machined of various materials such as stainless steel, heat resistant steel, carbon steel, low-alloy steels, high temperature alloy, non-ferrous alloys. Up to today, more than 100 raw materials and 8, 000 kinds of different products have been developed and produced by us. We are familiar with the material standards of many countries, such as Chinese GB, American ASTM, AISI, German DIN, European EN, Japanese JIS, British BS, Australian AS and Association of American Railroads (AAR ) and other industrial standards.

Our products mainly involve following areas, fluid equipment parts, pumps & valves, building hardware, marine hardware, automobile, impeller parts, construction hardware, fabrication customized parts, and so on. Our advantages manufacture over 15 years experience in casting, design and development customized Auto CAD, UG PRO and E Solid Works for 2D and 3D drawings.

Dongying Taifung is already passed some kinds of certifications, such as ISO 9001, IRIS, CE/PED. We have the complete testing equipment, such as, coordinate measuring machine, optical emission spectrometer, dynamic balance tester, salt spray tester etc. Strong detection ability and rich casting experience have always getting good reputation from customers all over the world.
