Zhejiang Qianjin Clutch Co., Ltd. (original Hangzhou Automobile Clutch Co., Ltd. ) was founded in 1992. It is a key welfare enterprise of the Civil Affairs Department of Zhejiang Province. The company is located at the outskirt of the beautiful and scenery Hangzhou, which enjoys the name of paradise on the earth. It has very convenient transport conditions: The nice place for watching the great tide of Qianjiang River is at its south, and the Xiasa Development Zone outlet of the Expressway Shanghai Hangzhou Ningbo is at its west.

The company currently has over 20 technical personnel, among which 3 senior professional technicians engaged in R&D for clutch. It has over 10 units (sets) of clutch testing equipment, which are the most advanced in China. They can perform overall test and continuerol of clutch from its parts to the assembled clutch, thus ensuring sustainable improvement of the clutch quality. The company has over 100 units (sets) of processing equipment, and 2 specialized production lines with annual production capacity of 500, 000 units (sets) of clutch. It is one of the clutch manufacturers for light/medium vehicles of China FAW. It also provides clutch associated to engines manufactured by Liuzhou Power Machinery Plant, Dongfeng Plant No. 49 etc. Part of its products exportsto oversea. Zhejiang Provincial Quality Surveillance Center has appraised the company's products as recommended products for many years, and granted the title of "advanced level" to the company.

In order to implement ISO/TS16949 quality management system and ERP management, the company has improved the surveillance and management system for computer-aided design and production process. Through wide application of computer for overall surveillance in product design, process preparation, quality management, financial management, after service etc., the company remarkably upgraded its work in respect of design, quality, production, sales, finance and other work.

Currently the company is strengthening its work in respect of R&D of new products, overall implementation of ISO/TS16949 quality management system and ERP management.
