(referred to as "Baiwang Cloud", 06657. HK). Baiwang Cloud and its affiliates plan to invest over 100 million yuan in its establishment. It is jointly formed by the former core executive team of Baiwang Cloud and an overseas business sales and service team with more than 10 years of experience.

Targeting global overseas digital government clients, small, medium, and micro enterprise clients, as well as financial institution clients, the company is committed to providing digital solutions such as government governance technology, inclusive fintech, and tax management technology. It plans to establish a Middle East regional center covering the Middle East, Central Asia, and the two African markets, a Southeast Asia regional center covering the ASEAN market, and a Latin America regional center covering the LATAM market.

The company aims to replicate the successful G2B2F business model of Baiwang Cloud's domestic operations. Currently, the overseas company has secured 100 million yuan in financing and signed contracts exceeding 100 million yuan. It has established offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong (China), Singapore, Indonesia, and the United Arab Emirates, and operates in more than 20 overseas countries.
