Luoyang Huigong Bearing Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998. Initially, the company focused on the production of rolling mill bearings. To date, our rolling mill bearings have captured over 80% of the domestic nonferrous metal rolling market. We began developing and manufacturing precision thin-walled bearings in 2012. For the Luoyang Electro-Optical Equipment Research Institute of AVIC, we successfully developed the first bearing, the WAA12164, to replace the ADR. This bearing achieved comparable precision, preload, and friction torque to the ADR, successfully achieving domestic substitution. Since then, we have begun developing and manufacturing precision uniform-section bearings. With the continuous expansion of business, in 2015, the company selected professionals to establish a "Precision Bearing R&D Center" and a supporting precision workshop, which is specifically responsible for the design, development, processing and assembly of precision thin-walled bearings; as of 2020, the annual output of uniform-section thin-walled bearings is more than 8,000 sets. With the increase in orders and the continuous improvement of product quality, the original precision workshop can no longer meet our needs. In 2021, the company built a larger and more professional precision workshop with a total area of 1,500m2. The precision workshop has more than 50 CNC grinders and testing equipment of various types, including special ultra-precision machines for thin-walled bearing parts, pneumatic testers, and the largest dynamic friction torque tester in the country jointly developed with Xi'an Jiaotong University. It also has 100,000-level clean assembly rooms, high-precision testing centers and other infrastructure; it has comprehensively improved the production capacity and processing and testing level of precision uniform-section thin-walled bearings.
