1, Pickled steel plate
Pickling plate and pickled steel board are intermediate products that use high-quality hot-rolled thin plates as raw materials. After removing the oxide layer, trimming, and finishing by the pickling machine, the surface quality and usage requirements (mainly cold bending or stamping performance) are between hot-rolled and cold-rolled plates. They are ideal substitutes for some hot-rolled and cold-rolled plates.
2, Cold rolled steel plate
Cold rolled sheet is made from hot-rolled coils and rolled at room temperature, i. e. Below the recrystallization temperature.
3, Hot DIP galvanized steel plate
Hot DIP galvanized steel plate, also known as Galvanized steel, is a corrosion-resistant material that continuously immerses rolled cold rolled steel plates in a molten zinc plating bath and fuses their surface with a layer of zinc at a high temperature of 470 º C. It is a steel based composite material that effectively prevents corrosion of steel, prolongs its service life, has excellent corrosion resistance, good surface quality, is conducive to deep processing, and is economically practical. It is widely used in various fields such as construction, household appliances, vehicles and ships, container manufacturing, and electromechanical industry.
4, Hot DIP aluminum zinc silicon steel plate
Hot DIP aluminum zinc silicon steel plate, also known as Galvalume (GL steel plate), is a steel plate that is hot-DIP coated with (Al55%), zinc (Zn43.5%), and silicon (Si1.5%) alloys on the surface of the steel plate. The surface is smooth, with excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance, heat resistance and oxidation resistance, excellent coating performance, and good processing performance.
5, Color coated steel plate
Color coated steel plate, also known as "color coated plate" or "color coated plate", is usually a surface treatment of galvanized steel plate, aluminum zinc silicon steel plate, which is coated with a certain thickness of paint or bonded with a layer of organic film on its surface. After curing and forming, it becomes "color coated plate" with excellent corrosion resistance, formability, and decorative properties. It is widely used in industries such as construction, home appliances, light industry, transportation, and becomes an ideal composite material.
6, Flat steel plate
The flat steel plate that has been flattened by the machine is characterized by low cost and freely adjustable length, making it convenient for transportation and cutting, which can effectively save materials.
7, Corrugated board
Corrugated steel plate, also known as corrugated plate, is made of colored coated steel plate, galvanized plate, and other metal plates that are rolled and cold-formed into various wave shaped corrugated plates. It is suitable for industrial and civil buildings, warehouses, special buildings, large-span steel structure houses' roofs, walls, and interior and exterior wall decoration. It has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, rich color, convenient and fast construction, earthquake resistance, fire prevention, rain resistance, long service life, and maintenance free.
