Zhejiang Jinsheng Spring Co., Ltd is a modernized private company specialized in spring manufacturing for more than 30 years. With 21 million RMB registered capital and 67 million fixed assets, we achieved sales turnover of 1130 billion RMB in the year 2006. Located at Chengxi Industrial Park of Zhuji City, the factory is only 1.5 kilometers away from highway exit and enjoys a very convenient transportation connection. The company, covering more than 26, 000 square meters, is a genuine environmental garden factory.

Our main products include automotive brake springs, suspension springs, valve springs and clutch springs. We are capable of designing and producing various kind of compression springs, extension springs, torsion springs, retaining rings and disc springs.

Advanced production facility and inspection equipments provide solid foundation for development of Jinsheng Company. Main production equipments include ten CNC coiling machines, seven continuous tempering furnaces, ten CNC grinding machines, ten shot peening machines and two coating line. Inspection equipment include different size of cycle test machines, load test machines, flaw detection facility and metallurgical analysis equipment, etc.

We emphasize much on product quality control as quality is the life of our company. Based on TQC quality management policy, we initiated ISO9001 and ISO/TS 16949 quality system and got third-party approval in 2004. In 2006, ERP system was also introduced to improve regular corporate management. High quality won us precious trust from customers. We are sub-supplier of many OEMs including FAW, Dongfeng, FAW-Volkswagen, Guangzhou Honda, Mazda, Guangzhou Toyota and Cherry. After we are granted rights of Self-Managed Import and Export, our springs were exported to America, Europe and South-east Asia. Export volume in 2006 was 4 million USD.

For social and environmental harmonious development, we invested plenty of environment facility and got ISO14001 certificate in 2004.
