Due to its rich design experience, Ansys high-temperature stress simulation, casting process simulation, and medium temperature wax casting technology, Dongmei's casting fixtures design and manufacturing are more advanced. At the same time, there are fewest casting defects, and it has ultrafine and uniform austenite grains, all of these make Dongmei's fixtures have a longer lifespan, lighter weight, higher loading capacity, and shorter delivery cycle.
Since 2003, Dongmei has entered the industry of heat-resistant steel fixtures for heat treatment furnaces. We focus on providing customers with one-stop heat treatment fixtures solutions, including pre-project consulting, MID-project fixtures design and manufacturing, post-delivery and after-sales service, and continuous iterative improvements and product upgrades based on customer usage.
For more than 20 years development, DongMei has been involved in a wide range of industries related to heat treatment around the world. Currently, there are more than 8, 000 heat treatment furnaces using DongMei products worldwide.
In 2012, Dongmei developed super alloys DM-50A and DM-76A, which are especially suitable for ultra-high temperature and low pressure carburizing in vacuum furnaces, which can effectively reduce the expansion and deformation of fixtures and significantly reduce the adhesion between fixtures.
Backed to year 2005, DONGEMI has already formed a comlete series of refractory alloys fixtures products for furnaces, including but not limited to: Base tray, stacking grid, grid, carrier bar, basket as well as other refractory alloys hangers.
