I. Project Overview

Guangxi Xianming Wood Industry Co., Ltd. Signed an investment agreement with the Wuxuan County People's Government in February 2023 and was subsequently registered in Wuxuan County with a registered capital of 7 million RMB. The company specializes in the production of furniture ecological boards (eco-boards), with an annual capacity of 90, 000 cubic meters. The company is located in the Forest Products Processing Zone of Hexi Industrial Park, Wuxuan Town, Wuxuan County, Laibin City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

II. Project Construction Content

The project involves the maintenance and construction of production and auxiliary facilities, including the raw material warehouse, production workshop, finished product warehouse, power supply facilities, boiler room, office building, and dormitories, along with related supporting works. Utilizing advanced domestic and international processing equipment, production technologies, and brand advantages, the project will establish 7 production lines to achieve an annual output of 90, 000 cubic meters of ecological boards. The total estimated investment is approximately 50 million RMB.

III. Project Progress

The construction period for the project is 18 months. Substantive construction work commenced the month following the completion of relevant permit procedures and land acquisition. The project is expected to be completed and put into operation within 18 months.

IV. Economic and Social Benefits

Upon reaching full production capacity, the project is projected to generate an annual output value exceeding 150 million RMB and contribute over 3 million RMB in annual tax revenue. It is expected to create approximately 100 jobs, effectively addressing local employment needs and driving economic development in Wuxuan and surrounding areas.
