Shanxi Yangmei Qianjun Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of aluminum alloy cylinder heads of Automobile, which was founded in May 2001, covers an area of 66, 667 square Meters. Throughout decades endeavor and development, our production scale and comprehensive strength rank in the forefront of the domestic automobile aluminum alloy cylinder head industry.
The casting foundry has 4 integrated casting production lines and 4 manipulator casting units with an annual output of 650, 000 rough cylinder heads. The machining workshop has 9 production lines with an annual output of 550, 000 cylinder heads. We also have 1 coated sand production line with a daily output of 30 tons. 9000 tons of used sand can be recycled annually.
We have advanced production equipment and advanced testing equipment such as German CMM for quality control. We are certified with ISO9001: 2000 and IATF16949.
