We have professional woolen weaving masters and skilled operators. Since its establishment, we have introduced the fully automatic computerized flat knitting machines from STOLL, Germany. The range of stitch types covers the 3 to 14-stitch area. There are 20 seamless computerized flat knitting machines with 7 or 12 stitches, which can meet the production requirements of customers to the greatest extent and produce various twisted patterns, jacquard patterns, inlaid patterns and full garment functions. Facing the increasing demand for production volume, we will also enhance our own competitiveness and innovate a better business environment on the basis of the original good foundation. As the competition in the woolen weaving industry becomes increasingly fierce, technological updates are crucial. A total of 5.5 million yuan was successively invested to purchase 29 integrated molding machines to cope with the changes in the market. With the increase in labor costs, the trend of "replacing humans with machines" promoting the transformation and upgrading of garment processing and manufacturing enterprises is a development trend. At present, an investment of 30 million yuan has been made in equipment, with a factory area of 5, 000 square meters. It is equipped with over 40 sets of fully computerized production equipment from Germany and 29 sets of domestic integrated molding machines. The annual output of ready-made garments is 1 million pieces. The products of the factory are mainly knitted fabrics.
