UniOne is a professional team in developing reliable and durable rugged tablets & Mobile devices since 2007. We are good at understanding and collecting feedbacks from endusers, designers and partners in order to deliver customized products.

UniOne is not simply providing devices for niche industrial accounts but more focusing on innovating rugged technology with rich features to serve in harsh, hospitality, tough and hazardous conditions. Currently, we are in 7 years cooperation with American, Italian, Turkish, Sweden and Switzerland public-listed companies.

Professional Project Management

UniOne professional Project manager and engineer team will be fully involved once project kicked-off. To deliver successful customized product on schedule, UniOne team will strictly proceed and follow scientific workflow.

At the same time, we will keep closely communication with customers on design, function and quality approval processes.

Own Factory

UniOne fully owned factory will perform the strict manufacturing process along with milestones and checklists that described in the UniOne PRP. Once problem was found or reported from customers side, dedicated QA members will lead/drive all quality requests from components check to final product level.

This is normal routine to find out the root cause and to response with solution. Relative problems, root cause and solutions will be recorded as learning and lessons.

UniOne factory was established in 2012, located in Fuyong Town, Bao'an District. With a total area of more than 10000 square meters and more than 280 employees. It is the largest production base in the world for UniStrong group. Undertake the group of all kinds of products trial production, reliability test, mass production, storage, delivery, export and after-sales of various products of the group.

Now, the factory has 4 high-speed SMT production lines, 2 assembly lines, 5 U-shaped lines and 2 packaging lines. SMT production lines are all imported Siemens high-end production lines. The qualified rate of finished products is as high as 99.5%, far ahead of the average of the industry.

After-Sale Service

To make customers experience better after-sales service, we set up a special after-sales maintenance center and maintenance spare parts warehouse to provide professional service. UniOne mission is "pursue excellence, customer first; To comprehensively improve customer satisfaction, and improve UniOne brand reputation".

Following the standard one-year after-sales warranty, our customers can also customize the after-sales maintenance service for 3 to 5 years. After 20 years of after-sales service experiences, we have good reputation in the industry for low failure rate.

Quality is the core value of UniOne product. In order to improve quality of products, UniOne has been equipped with a variety of inspection, testing and aging instruments. Furthermore, UniOne has set up the professional QC department to comply with ISO: 9001 certification and ensure the highest quality for each product.
