Our company name is Shenzhen JieYuan Technology Co., Ltd. With a decade of industry experience in Shenzhen, China, we offer a comprehensive service encompassing the design of injection moulding products, tooling development, mass production of plastic components, and subsequent post-processing and finishing. Our client base primarily spans the automotive manufacturing, small household appliances, medical devices, and new energy sectors. We currently supply plastic components directly to BYD Automotive and indirectly fulfil manufacturing orders for Panasonic products sourced through Vietnamese partners. Our expertise in plastic product fabrication is extensive. Hardware facilities: The factory occupies 13, 000 square metres and is equipped with one 3D scanning inspection device and two 2D scanning inspection devices. It houses 38 injection moulding machines, all Haitian brand, including 13 newly procured units in November 2025. Fifteen silicone production units are complemented by ten spark erosion machines and grinding machines, alongside three CNC machines. The workforce comprises 120 personnel, including 45 office staff and ten technical engineers. BYD factory representatives maintain a permanent presence to conduct random inspections, ensuring our production efficiency and process compliance meet relevant standards. We are capable of producing moulds under 5 tonnes, with precision controllable to 0.01mm.

Our current focus in independent product development is precision machining tool kits. We welcome large equipment manufacturers and project service companies to commission bespoke tool kits
