Jiangsu Jinyuan Advanced Equipment Co., Ltd., founded in May 1997, has been focusing on the R&D, production, and sales of high-speed heavy-duty gears. Our products mainly cover electricity, marine engineering, rail transportation, mining machinery and other fields.

The company covers 225, 000 square meters, has a construction area of 160, 000 square meters, sets up two branch factories and ten functional departments, and can produce forgings as heavy as 30 tons. Our annual production capacity reaches 100, 000 tons. Currently, our company is equipped with over 600 production devices, including 80MN die forging presses, CNC manipulators, smart CNC ring rolling machines and corresponding matching equipment representing the advanced technology level in China; As well as world-advanced programmed type temperature-controlled natural gas coil bases, smart heat treatment coil bases, and different sizes of hamming and forging devices. The heaviest forging we can produce weighs 25tons.

We have established Jiangsu Enterprise Technology Center, Jiangsu 3MW and higher wattage wind power precision tooth engineering center, Jiangsu Large Forging Forming and Control Engineering Technology R&D Center as well as a laboratory with equipment that can complete metallographic phase, mechanics, flaw detection and chemical analysis. The lab passed the CNAS certification and became a national laboratory. Through independent R&D and industry-university-institute with Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Jiangsu University and other famous universities and colleges of China, we have been successful in developing 10 high-tech products and Jiangsu famous-brand products accumulatively. So far, many of our projects have won provincial or municipal technology awards.

We have passed the quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management, and energy management system certifications, CCS wind power access certification, obtained the recognition of nine classification societies of China, South Korea, Norway, France, Germany, the United States, Japan, Italy and the United Kingdom, and passed the qualified supplier certification of GE, Bosch Rexroth, Alstom, Gamesa, Vestas, JOY and other internationally renowned enterprises.
