Baoding City Zhenghui Printing & Packing Industrial Co., Ltd, formerly known as Xushui New Packing and Printing Factory, was established in November 1979. It is a private enterprise developed by the spring breeze of the reform and opening up of the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee. It started as a small business printing paper forms in movable type. In 1982, tne company added rotary (satellite) type intaglio printing press, film blowing machine, small bag making machine, while producing various types of high pressure polyethylene plastie bags. In order to meet the market demand, in 1985, in the double purchase of the cast laminating machine, monochrome offset printing stewing cutting machine, braising cutting machine, photographic piate making machine and other equipment, mainly for Sanyuan Dairy Company (formerly Beijing Milk Company) under the Guang'anmen Dairy Factory, Dongghimen Wai Dairy Factory, Shuangqico Dairy Ajiao Dairy Vili Dairy Company (formerly Huimin Dairy), Nanjing Weigang Dairy. Qingdao Dairy, Shenyang Dairy, Baotou Yellow River Dairy Disinfection Station, X'an Red Stor Dairy and many other dairy plants in China support the production of disposable plastic cup yogurt sealing covers and other packaging products. In 1995, Boding Zhenghui Packing New Material Co, Ltd was established.

In 1998, Baoding Plastic Color Printing Factory was contracted. Due to the system of reform in 2003 after the acquisition, our company was officially renamed and established Boding City Zhengnut Printing & Packing Industrial Co., Ltd. At the same time, the company added some more advanced printing press, bag making machine, splitting machine and other equipment. Due to urban transformation, in 2011, our company moved from Nanhepo to No. 3289, Changcheng North Street, Boding City. In 2018, a number of backward machines and equipment with low production capacity and high energy consumption were eliminated, and much more advanced equipment including large printing presses, solvent-free compounding machines, wet compounding machines, large dry compounding machines and fully computerized cutting machines were added.
