Zhengzhou Dongfang Ancai Refractory Co., Ltd. is located in Quliang Scientific industrial Zone of Xinmi City, Henan Province, which is 30kms from Zhengzhou. It is near to the Jingzhu highway and Zhengzhou Airport and has ascendant geography and convenient transportation.

The company is a joint venture established with joint investment of 180 million RMB by Henan Ancai Group and Zhengzhou Dongfang Enterprise Group. It is a high-tech enterprise that mainly specialize in the researching, developing and manufacturing of fused cast refractory. It covers an area of 210, 000 square meters. It designed 5 production lines with an expectant output of 15, 000 tons and four of them now have been put into production, of which two are 5 ton arc furnace and the others are 3-ton arc furnaces. The company has microcomputer automatization management system and the whole-hydraulic-control hard casting tool system. It also has advanced digital-control machine tools, annealing equipments, assembly platform of 800 square meters and long-term engagement of foreign experts as technical instructors.

We mainly produce good quality fused cast refractory products, alpha-beta and beta alumina blocks, AZS33, AZS36 and AZS41 blocks. The alpha-beta alumina blocks were used for the CRT oxygen furnace in the second phase of Xinyi of Ancai Group cosmically, which complies with the trend of high performance, longevity and good erosion resisting of domestic and foreign fused-cast refractory industry.
