Established in 2011, Qingdao Qualtime International Logistics Co., Ltd. (QTL) is a first class international freight forwarding company, approved by the Ministry of Commerce of P. R. C. With the NVOCC qualification (registration No.: MOC-NV06377). With a complete domestic and overseas agency network, QTL is capable of offering customers with services in sea freight, air freight, inland transportation, import and export business, with the operation of booking, renting, declaration, inspection, loading, discharging, trucking, warehousing, distribution and shipping plan designs.

CARGO AGENT

Cargo agent is the core business of QTL, which keeps steady growth even under the weak market situation, with annual Imp&Exp volume rising up to 60, 000TEU.

Export business: Our services have expanded to main ports around the world, with stable schedule, guaranteed space and advantageous offer. QTL has been the biggest prepaid cargo agency of EVERGREEN in QINGDAO, as well as the general agency of Culines, has also built a close relationship with liners like COSCO, MAERSK, MSC, CMA, HPL, HMM, MCC, TSL, SITC, KMTC, YML, APL. With a quick and profession master of the line services and prices, we are able to satisfy customers' needs of either schedules or prices.

Import business: We have a specialized and professional team for all import operation, in field of chemicals, mechanical equipment and accessories, paper pulp, plastic particles, timber, etc. We have been working as the major storage and distribution basement for a Group Company of JIANGSU province, with annual import amounts over 20, 000tons, including stearic acid, glycerol and plant crude wax. We are capable of providing customer with all-in-one service from D/O exchange, custom clearance, labeling, packing, storage to the final destination delivery. We are also the import agent of some engineering vehicle manufactures, like LOVOL, in charge of the mechanical accessories import operation. With the advantage of port and warehouse resources, we can guarantee timely delivery and dispatch service.

All-in-one logistics: We have been devoted to the development of both domestic and overseas agency resources, providing customers of DDU&DDP services, including sea freight, air freight, inland transportation, railway and multimodal transportation.

Warehousing business: We are in partnership with a modern logistics warehouse near Qingdao Port of the ground area of 12, 000, with experienced workers and advanced equipment, in capable of providing customer with high efficiency loading and discharging services. With the advantages of good location and site condition, we have confidence to meet the storage and warehousing request for different kinds of cargo.

CARRIER AND SOC AGENT

QTL has been working as the general cargo agency of China United Lines Ltd. (CULines), taking full responsibility of its import & export business, marketing development and EQC business in QINGDAO. Right now, there are four direct services from QINGDAO to Taiwan, India, Pakistan, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam, with total volume of 400TEU per week.

For the SOC business, QTL now works as the agency of EMK, ECON, SARJAK CONTAINER LINES, in charge of EQC operation, slots buying and export business.
