The product applications cover a wide range of fields including automotive, smartphones, tablets, televisions, smart home devices, medical equipment, industrial automation control, etc.

Our factory is equipped with 4 sets of 30KW laser cutting machines, 6 sets of folding and pressing machines (with a range of 60~400CM), and punch presses ranging from 25 to 200 tons. The punching speed can reach up to 600 strokes per minute, and the material thickness ranges from 0.1 to 5.0mm.

We can produce products from various materials. We have 24 sets of die-casting equipment ranging from 50 to 200 tons and 19 sets of casting equipment ranging from 80 to 800 tons. Currently, the utilization rate of the stamping equipment is 60%.

Our factory has 40 units of 5-axis CNC precision automatic lathes imported from Japan and 2 units of 6-axis CNC precision automatic lathes. These machines can process diameters ranging from 1.0 to 32mm with a machining accuracy of up to 0.001mm. They are capable of processing products made from different materials. The maximum monthly processing capacity for a single product is 200, 000 pieces, with the current equipment utilization rate at 70%, The factory can also provide customers with supporting hardware encapsulated products, capable of producing various engineering plastic materials such as PPT, LCP, PA46, PA9T, etc.

Our factory implements rigorous quality control measures, the factory is equipped with comprehensive inspection equipment including CCD inspection equipment, 2.5D microscope, 3D, and 3-coordinate measurement machines, as well as precision height gauges (accuracy: 0.001), two-dimensional measurement tools, imported tungsten steel plug gauges, and UNT thread gauge inspection fixtures.
