Founded in 2005, Heilongjiang Heliang Agricultural Group is a national leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization, integrating planting, R & D, production, Internet and sales.

Development Milestones

In 2008, the company was officially registered. In 2017, it established a traceability system for agricultural products and was honored as a key leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization in Heilongjiang Province. In 2021, it adopted the "Internet + agriculture" model and established Heliang Live Streaming Science and Technology Co., Ltd. In 2023, its brand 2.0 marketing upgrade achieved a total annual output value of over 3 billion yuan.

Advanced Facilities

The company has 50 modern standard production lines, 6 processing plants, and a 600, 000- ton storage base. It uses automated production equipment with sensors and cameras to monitor equipment operation, RFID technology to track the position of rice grains, and intelligent management systems to control the entire production process.

It has passed ISO9001, ISO22000, HACCP, ISO45001, ISO14001, integrity management system certification and after- sales service management system certification. It has also introduced international organic certifications from the EU, USDA and Russia to expand the sales competitiveness in the international high- end market.

The R & D team of the group cooperates with Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences and colleges and universities to carry out scientific and technological research and project transformation. Since 2005, it has obtained 108 national patents and copyrights, including "grain processing mill patent", "organic coarse grain screening device utility model patent" and "rice processing dust removal device new patent"
