Hubei Guangtong Photoelectronic System Co., Ltd (GTPE) was incorporated in July 1999 in Wuhan of China. Its business areas cover the fabrication, research and development of gas & solid-state lasers, industrial laser machining systems, medical laser equipment, and laser micro-machining systems. It has a workshop for laser material processing & feasibility study for customers. There are 78 staffs in the company. Of them, 7 are PhD degree holders, 16 are master degree holders, and 38 are bachelor degree holders. It owns 2, 250 meter square factory.

Its products are divided into two groups: lasers & machining systems and accessories. The lasers and systems include sealed CW CO2 lasers, CW and pulse Nd: YAG lasers, laser stamp creator & engraving machines, Nd: YAG laser marking machines, CO2 laser marking machines, Laser cutting machines, laser welding machines, laser micro-machining systems. GTPE can provide the following components or sub-systems: laser mirrors & output couplers, focusing lenses

AO Q-switches, galvano-meter scanners, scan mirrors, scan lenses (f-theta lenses), beam expanders, laser chillers/coolers, CW lamps and pulse flashlamps, Nd: YAG rods, laser pump chambers, safety goggles.
