We have the capability to independently design and manufacture various casting and forging molds. With 8 years of Japanese casting technology, our quality in aluminum alloy casting and forging is among the leading level in the industry. We have independently developed a complete system for preventing and improving defects such as pinholes, slag holes and shrinkage porosity.

For thin-walled aluminum alloy parts (3-5mm) requiring air tightness, our leakage defect rate can be controlled below 1% right after production. We provide customized mold design and production according to customers' requirements, samples and drawings, supplying both rough castings and finished products.
