Zaoyang Jinzhu Technology Co., Ltd, one successful company of our Group, as the national high tech enterprise, is one of main manufacturer of foundry resins and casting materials in south of China and one of the main corporations in furan resin industry. We are exporting chemical raw materials, molding materials for sand casting.

In our Group, three advanced plants are established. One casting resins plant is located in Zaoyang City. Other two plants of foundry materials are under construction in Zhejiang Province. New plant of coated sand is under construction. Our main products are self-hardening/no-bake furan resin, hot box resin, phenolic resin (alkaline phenol formaldehyde resin, foam phenolic resin), cold box resins, curing agent, cast coating and other flux for sand casting (die releasing agent, sand core binder, parting agent, graphene, etc. ), which are used for molding and core/shell making to improve process performance and onto sand moulds to improve the surface finish of the final casting.

The production has been well managed under ISO 9001-2008 systems. Good relationship has been built with more than 500 customers specialized in gray iron casting, ductile iron casting, carbon steel, copper casting, aluminum casting and non-ferrous metal castings.

The modern and well equipped plant of the company is capable of producing 20, 000 tons of furan resin per annum, 10 000 tons of phenolic resin, 80, 000 tons of resin coated sand per annum, 10, 000 tons per annum of curing agent, 5, 000 tons per annum of cast coating and 2000 tons of other foundry materials per annum.
